Himley Village, Bicester

The Himley Village residential development is located in Bicester and is being delivered by Cala Homes. The scheme comprises a total of 123 new homes, including 86 private tenure units and 37 affordable tenure units, providing a balanced and high-quality residential offering.

The scope of works includes the supply and installation of flooring solutions tailored to the differing requirements of private and affordable homes. Private tenure properties are finished with Amtico Spacia Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), offering a durable and contemporary aesthetic, alongside Cormar Hampstead 32 carpet, providing comfort and longevity in living and bedroom areas. Affordable tenure homes are fitted with Furlong Flooring Essentials vinyl, delivering a practical, cost-effective, and hard-wearing solution suitable for high-use residential environments.

The project is delivered over an approximate 24-month programme, with a strong focus on quality installation, programme efficiency, and close coordination with the developer to ensure a smooth and timely completion in line with Cala Homes’ standards for both private and affordable housing.
