Our scope of works included the supply and installation of a comprehensive flooring package across both private apartments and communal areas, with a focus on delivering a high-end finish aligned with the scheme’s premium positioning.
Within the apartments, bedroom areas were tailored to tenure-specific requirements. Riverstone units feature Cormar Sensation Original Carpet, offering a soft, luxurious feel underfoot, while Market tenure bedrooms are finished with Lano Zen Carpet, selected for its combination of comfort, durability, and contemporary styling.
Communal areas were designed to achieve both visual impact and long-term performance in high-traffic environments. Corridors, staircases, lobbies, and resident lounge spaces incorporate bespoke Brintons Hand Tufted 80/20 Carpet alongside Brintons 10 Row Axminster, creating a cohesive and high-specification interior throughout.
Back-of-house areas and selected amenity spaces are finished with Altro Walkway, providing a durable, slip-resistant solution suited to operational environments. All communal staircases are completed with CAT AN52 Double Channel Nosings to enhance safety and ensure compliance.
