Located at 100 West Cromwell Road, London, W14 8PB, this large-scale residential development comprises 462 units across Blocks B1, B2, B3, B4, B5 & B7 delivering a mix of Private and Discount London Living Rent homes.
Our scope of works included the full supply and installation of a comprehensive flooring package across both residential units and communal areas, tailored to meet the varying performance and aesthetic requirements of each tenure.
Within the apartments, subfloor preparation incorporated 40 & 45mm Gyvlon Thermio+ Max Screed and 50mm Isocrete HD K Screed with integrated underfloor heating systems supported by temporary boilers during the construction phase.
For private tenure living areas, a high-specification finish was achieved using Havwoods 16009P/BE Timber laid in a herringbone pattern, complete with matching nosings in duplex units. Discount London Living Rent apartments feature Karndean Opus Nievus WP411, providing a durable and contemporary solution.
Bedroom finishes include EGE Highline 1400 RG240805-863 to private units, and Manx Tomkinson Plains Silver within Discount London Living Rent properties, balancing comfort with long-term performance.
Communal areas were designed with durability and heavy footfall in mind. Entrance areas are fitted with Intraflex XT, while corridors, lobbies, and staircases utilise Milliken Urban Poetry Chalked Blue. Lift lobbies and WCs feature Forbo Surestep, with Gerflor Taraflex Evolution installed within community rooms.
Back-of-house areas, including bin stores and cleaners’ cupboards, are finished with a two-coat application of Flowcoat SF41 for enhanced durability, while all communal staircases are fitted with Gradus GXT11 Nosings to ensure safety and compliance.
Delivered over a 48-month programme, this project demonstrates our capability to manage and execute large-scale, multi-phase flooring installations, maintaining consistent quality, coordination, and efficiency throughout.
